Well in that example its pretty much Corsairs, we already have 2-3 Corsair factions, that is a whole different story. But lets say an unused faction like...Planetform or something, if they meet the requirements and pretty much get all the RP and basic stuff that the vanilla faction created for itself then its pretty much set.
