that implies that there needs to be a bounty ( forum posted ) on such a ship - and of course that the bounty placed must be reasonable / RP based.

to add to that. - RP PMs between the order and myself - aswell as RPed reports on the zoner council were insufficient for that matter. as it is stated that "there is no Zoner player faction that possesses sovereign control of all Zoner bases and ships" - which is - from my point of view a blessing .... but from your point of view / your ambitions - i daresay its a curse.
