The player controls the character. Sorry differenating them isn't that easy to do as some of us have come to understand in a community like this.
I honestly don't really care what' gonna happen right now. Anything with Bs| has been shut down for the holidays. If they wanna get on, they're welcome to do so, but they've got orders.
I'll deal with the cap ship crap when I've actually had a chance to step back and away from the flames i have received in the last week. Once i've figured out WHAT we can do and what we can't do, I'll put that up. But since I apparently can't stop idiot order pilots from grabbingt a non-faction ship and going out and PVP whore everywhere but their zone of infuence, that hardly fixes anything, which is the big issue here.
Bounties are fine and merry. I've never found them to be a solution
