If you see them in game? and they are not RP'n it? sure give them greif,try to help them, but this is a game,and every player, no matter new/old indie/faction young/older:) should be denied anything in what is basically just a game.

If you are not willing to put the effort into getting the ship (that means either going out of your way to prove yourself in-game OR writing up RP on the forums), you dont deserve it.
