Seriously, if someone was similarly restricting Zoner Juggernauts (perhaps the rarest battleship in Sirius, supposedly), would Jinx have ever managed to get one? The Persephone is well-respected among Zoners, yet I don't believe there was a lot of pre-Juggernaut RP in-game for that character, nor were there long stories written on the forums (note: forum stories shouldn't be required for anything).

Edit: With all rights come those who would abuse those rights, but that's not a reason to restrict that freedom. You punish the abusers as they come, and if there's someone who you think abuses their right, but isn't actually breaking the law... Well, that's more your problem than theirs, since it's just your opinion.
