Precendence was already set, Blunt, by Rheinland Military.
I'm not trying to copycat them word for word, but I'm starting to think that might be the better way to go than do this a council direction.
We're not doing anything "new" or whatever. The council is simply the radical change. We're dropping the *CONTROL* over all independent RPers and such. We've already done that in my first post which seems to continuously be brought back up repeatedly (why is something I cannot fanthom), hence my frusteration with this community thus far. it's like everyone's stuck on my original topic, even after i had edited it to be inline with what the admins explicitlly stated.
The only thing i am looking to restrict is capitals and for what use. Which is, BTW, already set up by Rheinland Military. Go look at their posts and they already restrict based on Role Play and what not.
