The Indies get to choose themselves. Why would anyone choose an Indie that will vote Bs| for the sake of voting Bs|? The solution is simple. If Tenacity doesn't represent the Indies properly, don't pick him. I'd suggest picking cool, level-headed indies that aren't likely to let themselves get crushed by a Bs| voting block.
Chances are if the Bs| Start to steamroll the group, the indies will get together and block everything they do until they are willing to work it out.
If worse comes to worse, people can always choose to stop following the council.
Also, I would recommend against Aki.Kimura, since that particular person felt the need to inform me yesterday that he was already part of the Council. Doesn't seem like a real good choice to me, though if people want to vote on him, I guess they could.

I think maybe after two weeks of nominations we should vote on who should be given the seats?
(Edit: I really like Rebel-Lion's events. They look like they would be fun. Not too sure about the RP infection thing. An infection from entering a Jumphole seems a little far fetched.)
