Just to add more then, The dreadnought... can't you get, at least, the battleship (if you are totally aginst Destroyer idea), I mean Dreadnought is the most valuable thing utcasts as a whole have, they don't even risk to loose one of them , so they keep them close to Malta for emergency cases... do you think it would be possible to steal one? Prolly not even if you were Don.
EDIT: I am not trying to mocker, flame the idea or anything, I just can't see why have you chosen one of most rare ships of Sirius to "Steal" which is, from RP sight, fully impossible...
I buy things I don't want to make an impression on people I don't like.
