Message From: Arthur Deckard

Good day.

My name is Arthur Deckard, and I'm a Special Agent under the direct control of the Order High Command. To put it bluntly, I'm a Spook. My standing orders are to uncover any nomad plots and infested persons within the Houses, through the use of any means necessary, then report my findings to the High Command and request backup if I find myself unable to deal with the situation on my own. In the interest of solidarity, I will also be reporting anything of interest directly to you, the Black Squadron High Command, and offer you my assistance if it is ever in need.

For the time being, I am piloting a standard-issue Nephthys-class fighter, callsign Arthur.Deckard.
