I fought long and hard against Wolfpack for the right for independents to have a right to decide who THEY want serving. If they pick Tenacity, fine. If they pick a Cap whore who loves to sit above Manhattan, fine as well. I'd hope the community would have better choice, but I don't really care who leads, as long as the Independents get to pick the Independents, and the Independents are truly that.
We go from this, to Tenacity Claiming a seat and power as his own.

Tell you what, I am creating another unofficial faction, consisting of one Player. it's called the Final Order of Dominance. It's role is the Role not listed in yours Swiss. It goes and attacks the Nomads in their home! Does it get a seat at the council too? Of course not, that is against the RP of Tenacity, which is the only RP that counts. If you disagree with that, ask Keeper Aja, who wasn't engaged until after I flew the length of Omicron Minor from the Alaska Jumphole to beyond Freeport 11. The whole time Keeper Aja watched and mocked humanity for internal strife. But what do I know, I was only the one who engaged him and ended the comments he was spamming. Clearly Tenacity did as he said, since the keeper was eventually silenced, right? RIGHT?
Tenacity, You don't have Wolfpack's backing in coopting the Council.

You certainly don't have my backing. The only thing you have, Tenacity, is a Desire to remove the ability of the community to pick their leaders.
I do not believe any member of any faction should be up for consideration for a seat on the council as an independent. I also do not feel that any order player who is unaffiliated should be restricted from nomination. Likewise, I feel every order independent should have a right to vote for who they want to represent them. I don't care how that is done, but I do care that it is done right and fairly. I will not tolerate any council formed by a sitting member of such council. I do not have to agree with the council to abide by it, but I do have to agree with how it came about. Your council, Swissscorch and Tenacity, does NOT have my support. I would not follow such a group. The same arguments I had with Wolfpack apply to what you two have created amongst yourselves. If the Independents cannot choose their own representation, then the representation isn't independent.
As for seats on the council for unofficial factions, I believe that should be the first issue the council deals with.
