When he confronted me later about how the High Command was dissolved (and informed me about how he was one of the three council members appointed by Wolfpack) I informed him later

My Issue with your RP though, can be found both by your Profile to a degree, as well as the personal log implying you taking quicker action against nomads.

Your version has two seats on the council, with you taking a role in it. That combined with the comment about how you were "Appointed to the Council" despite the fact I worked so hard to convince Wolfpack to let those seats be "Selected by the Independents for the Independents" are where the hostility I have for you comes from. My personal dislike of your RP can be set aside, as I set it aside for anyone who has RP I disagree with. What can't be set aside is your continuing attempts to put yourself on the council without the approval of the Independents. It doesn't seem to me that you have the support you need to get on it anyway, maybe you do. If you get on Legitimately, you have my backing 100%. I will be against you every step of the way that you try to get on it illegitimately. Especially attempting to re-write the rules to ensure your place.
Selecting members you disagree with in principle isn't necessarily putting your enemies on the council with you. If you were putting THC on the council, I might believe you. Think you insane, but believe you just the same.

I WILL SUPPORT TENACITY ON THE ORDER COUNCIL IF HE IS LAWFULLY ELECTED TO THE SEAT!
That is my point. Get him on through a nomination and voting process involving members of the order, not his self-selection or second-party selection. It is being picked by Wolfpack, himself, or Swissscorch I object to, not him serving in the position. I don't think he is a good choice myself, because of RP inconsistency, but I will still listen to and follow him if he gets elected on the council done in a right and fairly way.
