Yeah, its a little ridicuolus. Its good for NPC farmers like me, sitting in my bretonia BS camping at stokes killing every Kusari BS squad that spawns every 0.25 seconds.

Its because there is so little people on the server at certain points.

This is how i think of it. There's 50 people on the server. Then youll have 150% more NPC's than would normally spawn.
