My question is this:
Does attacking a trader player's character (assuming that the player belongs to another faction) count as an act of hostility between the players' other faction.
OK if that was hard to understand:
Basicly player one is trading and gets attacked by a another player but player one belongs to another faction. Does attacking player one imply an act of hostility agaist that players other chars factions??
Please give me some feedback on this: I need to know how to address this so it does not become a problem for anyone.
Thanks,

Hmm, it depends:
(Faction names used for illustration only)
If player B has a freelance trader that does work for AW (ie. trader belongs to player who is primarily AW) and is attacked by the SSO, the AW would not change position since in their mind the attack was on the freelancer not on them. If however, AW knew that the SSO was attacking the trader because of his dealings with AW, the AW might then take offense for that reason (motives are important).
In most cases, I would presume that an attack on a freelance trader, should have no effect on their other faction chars (at least it shouldn't). Otherwise the trader isn't really freelance. Guess it also depends how neutral the trader is.
Hehe, this ones a good question for discussion
