The Duane Lee Chapman Memorial Bar and Grill, Sheffield Station; "Sniffer" Martinez, proprietor

I'm on a short break on Sheffield and so i decided to spend some leasure time in the bar.

As i walk into the smoke filled space the atmosphere in the bar fades and all turn there eyes towards me. As they recognise me for a fellow Hunter they give a faint smile and turn back to there drinks. I walk over to the bar to order a drink.

"A Liberty Ale and a Bretonian Brew my good man." I said to the barman.
He gave a faint grunt to show he understood and went to the taps. He came back 30 seconds later with two drinks, one blue and one dark red.
"So." The bartender started. "You here alone or with a friend?"
"Na, i prefer to spend my time alone. It's better that way, no attachments."
"Ah i see, one of the big time hunters."
"Indeed, i'm a member of the Strontium Dogs, we get alot of action."
"Right i heard about them, there supposed to be the best of the best. But a guy over there said that if he ever saw one he'd rip the Dogs head off."
"Well i'd better go change his opinion, keep the change."
I threw a couple of credits at the bartender and walked over to the table the bartender pointed out and sat down. There were three men there, two average height and a quite large one. I assumed that the large one was the guy who said he'd kill a Strontium Dog if he saw one.
"Alright mate?" One of the average heighted ones asked.
"Yeah i'm fine. So which sector do you guys work for?"
The large man answered for them. "We work in the Alpha 19 defense wing of the station, making sure that Sheffield is safe from the idiotic pirates that come close. Which one do you work in?"
"I work for the Strontium Dogs, you heard of them?"
With the mention of the Strontium Dogs the largest of the three chucked the table out of the way and launched himself towards me. Fortunately for me i was expecting it. I pulled the gun out from my holster and as he jumped towards me i angled the gun so his mouth would land into the barrel. My aim was correct and the back of his throat caught the tip of the barrel.
I took the mix of Liberty Ale and Bretonian Brew and mixed them together, making a green drink. I drunk half of it in the first gulp.
"Now, i don't see why you did that, but fortunately for me i was expecting it. A good hunter always expects an attack wherever he is. Why did you do it mate?"
His words were muffled because of the gun in his mouth, so one of his friends answered for him.
"We don't actually know why he hates the Dogs so much, we think he just has some grudge against them."
I pulled the gun out of the guys mouth but kept it aimed at his head.
"I once applied for the Dogs but they denied my application, said i had to many issues with my anger."
"Well i can see why, that jump attack you tried on me was about as useful as throwing playing cards at a Sabre. I don't want to kill you, you just need to accept you got denied and live with it, there are always other things that come around."
The guy obviously wasn't going for it. Instead he tried another attack, aiming for my stomach with a weak downward punch. I was still sitting down and didn't have much chance of avoiding it, so i simply blocked it with the palm of my hand. He tried again, this time aiming for my face. I pulled out my electronux and stunned him in the stomach. He fell lazily to the floor.
"No hunter would perform like that."
As he gained his breath he pulled something from his pocket. It was a Liberty Rogue pistol, obviusly made by the Rogues because it had there logo on it.
"Say goodbye to life Bounty Hunter scum."
He aimed at my face and fired, but he missed by a mile. I got out of my chair and gave him another punch from my electronux.
"A Rogue eh? God your far from home. I knew you were one because i saw the butt of your pistol from the bar and saw the Rogue logo on the bottom. Also you made a bad choice of pistol by the way, the Rogue pistol is about as good as throwing a peice of paper at a Manta."
I set my electronux to maximum and gave him another jolt. He collapsed and went unconscious.
"I think i'll get another drink."
With those last words i walked away from the scene back to the bar, and ordered a Liberty Ale and a Bretonian Brew.
