Okay, I am not quite sure exactly how a Liner places. is it a cap ship? Is it a transport?

This affects things. We could call both the Ragnarok and the Ark of Redemption a Prison Liner, which should satisfy the ID requirements assuming they are catigorized as transport and not capital ships.

If they are transports and not capital ships, and they aren't dramatically altered in 4.85 in terms of cargo space, they should also fit with the 4.85 requirements.

If we did such, we would want Armor VIII in the Ragnarok, and Armor IV in the Ark

Would these changes be acceptable?
