I'm currently in the process of setting up a player group (which hopefully will make it's way to a official faction as well;)) that would be exactly specialized in dealing with situations like this - the 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment (remember, the faction's still a WIP, so don't expect to find too much on the wiki page at the moment) may be exactly what you're looking for.
