[Mercenary Guild]

I understand the no-pay to freelancer/mercenaries in Liberty but am aiming to operate there as a freelancer for hire to other shipping. To that end, wanted to report the destruction of two criminal ships near Manhattan tonight: GHOSTbielars and AntiLibertyNavy (a slipstream and barghest, respectively).

They were accompanied by three other gunboats and another vessel I didn't identify and I once again engaged them unassisted--last night I destroyed a barghest in the badlands that was winged with another barghest and two Rogue gunboats (again unassisted).

So put in a good word for me with the authorities and I will assist when asked. Otherwise I can't assist because I won't be there. Does that sound right to you?
