On the one hand, I hate it when I see people acting stupidly, or doing stuff that could be considered ooRP (though not actually against the rules), or using equipment which makes no sense for them to have just because it's better... On the other hand, I hate to see things get so strict that a casual (but not lolwut) player can't have fun and do his own thing (within certain boundaries). And I really hate to turn in sanction reports unless someone is really being an ass and/or directly ruining the fun for others.

Example: I visited a german freelancer forum. People there discussed rules on their server and someone said in discussion forum(*translated*):
[to another troll, about a new rule there] "Hey, be cool. be happy, that they arent such a lot of rules like HERE
"HERE" was linked to OUR site on forum: OUR rules):$________________________________________|
That is bad enough. Ok, this is an english speaking server, and we need english as language, otherwise -----> Tower of Babel.
But maybe not-native english speakers become unsure by reading lots of rules. For me, I got more understanding the rules by reading lots of sanction reports, than in reading the rules itself. Because here and there was doubts about some details.
Maybe we should have something like the "Ten Commandments", follw them, und u cant make a mistake. ?
But yes, Idea is good, to stick people on factions stuff, but exceptions should be possible. Thats the fun of FL.
