Yea, a Xeno shouldn't "Ask" for donations. They might have people who donate, but they shouldn't demand at gunpoint. Go into Liberty and spout propaganda and ask for donations that way, but not near another player. Some of the more wealthy libertonians might think the isolationism that Xenos preach would be a good thing.

Likewise, don't demand dropping of cargo unless you intend to vaporize it.
