Subject: Setting up & first job

This afternoon I was setting up my ship when an Interspace craft, APM-Libra, contacted me for a job. a simple escort mission from LD-14 to New York. I accepted because I wanted to test fly my new Arrow anyway. It went well until we ran into a major outcast trade lane blocking in California. a few fighters and 2 gunboats I believe were blocking the way. The captain of the Interspace craft wanted to pay but unfortunatly she forgot to deactivate the auto-dock controls for the lane. the pirates thought she was making a dash for it and blew her up. I engaged the Sabres but there was very little I could do so I had to escape.

I heard from her later on that she was ok as a Bowex craft had picked her up.
Great first impression I`ve made eh?

I`ll need to visit the S/D armoury because I need better outfitting. seeing my shots bounce off Outcast ships is really depressing...
