Both sides are flawed. When I had my 522nd Cruiser, I was tailed by a mortar-whoring Battlecruiser through the badlands on the RP of "Engaging hostile."
I got bored of that so, "character deleted."

And as a Liberty Lawful in a gunboat, I was attacked by two phantoms on the RP of some random crap about "talking corpses". <---That one became the 522nd Cruiser. >_>

Both incidents happened in New York, I may add.

Though, I quite like the Xeno "YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAW!" banter when I am passing through Liberty, and the Rogues in general are at least semi-well-versed in RP, faction or otherwise.

The Maf and .:BW:. rogues, although I'm not sure of their faction status, are fairly decent RPers. I've worked with them.

The LN and LPI seem a bit... bleh. Sure, they can RP, but they just like demanding that people leave, or drop cargo, or whatever. They never really seem to be willing to toss remarks back and forth with a pirate. Too interested in taking out the trash.

The LH~, I can't say I like. I was escorting a trader once, went in after their Gunships. Yelled a few things at them. Got PWNED. -_-...

I haven't seen the /LC/ much, but whenever they are on, they seem to be camping Houston.

As for the BHG, their rep is terrible as it is. I'm not going to touch it.
