Admiral_Ralph and [TG]Journeyman have been sanctioned for:

6.3 Carrying any unmounted IDs in player ship is prohibited. Transferring or trading IDs is also prohibited. This
rule applies to everyone, including faction leaders and server administrators.

Fairly obvious rule, and you were involved in trying to do this with OORP system chat. Ralph, the sanction
has been applied to your newly named ship.
