Explorer

ok so i wanted to make an explorer character i already have an awe inspiring name for him, i want to use the kusari explorer ship (are there other explorer ships?) but i was wondering which ids could use it because kusari navy i.d. wouldn'y give me total freedom to explore given that the whole of bretonia space would be out of bounds.. so would there be similar problems with IMG because i read that they contributed to the start of the war so would they also be unwelcome in bretonian space? also freelancer can't use it because it's a gunboat class...

also how would one

1. RP an explorer (beyond filling your cargo hold with suplies, fuel, small crew)
2. Make money as one? (all i can think of is getting weapons off wrecks and selling them - which by the way i didn't even know you could do until i read it somewhere a minute ago)

yeah i am a new player so i won't be able to afford it for a good while but i will probably trade to get the cash for it... will i have to trade to support its flights if there is no real way to make money off it?? any input from explorers or anyone more experienced than me would be great!
