New AW Laws/operating methods

According to the Server Rules, The faction that owns the system can dictate the laws on that system, if, of course, they don't violate server rules, nor are abusive.

As we obey the rules of other faction when in their respective systems, it would be logical to ask the same from members of other factions that enter our space.

The rules AW currently has are not abusive, nor too restrictive. They were created in order to keep peace and order inside AW space, and the AW presence on such system.
