Zoners might work, as long as you don't play like your Harvester roots might suggest. The Zoners allow a lot of crap and violence, but they would never sit pretty with a group as terrorist-like as the Harvesters, or this faction if it goes along those same lines.
Tag, I'd still go with AI, MA, or MI. That's a simple enough issue.
I would have liked them to be less PvP based, and an ID that would allow a more intellectual, rather than kill everything, role might help there.
Why could not the Harvester ID to come simply be changed to a more generalized ID that discounts such violence and allows a broader role? It's worth a shot to go for, I'd think.
