This would allow for more RP, and the Harvesters could still do their thing, under whatever banner they so choose.

Machine Alliance
Pilot carrying this ID is a member of the Machine Alliance, who:
* Can demand credits or cargo from any non-Allied factions
* Can only land at, and trade between, Junker and Corsair bases, as well as planets Primus and Gammu
* Can destroy Outcasts and IMG on sight
* Cannot enter Kusari, Liberty or Gallia
* Cannot fulfil bounty contracts
* Cannot ally with anyone allied with Outcasts or IMG
* Cannot use any ships except for Junker, Harvester or Civilian ships, and the Zoner gunboat
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime. Using the Machine Alliance ID is not allowed for players who are not members of the Machine Alliance faction and for players who were expelled from the Machine Alliance.
