Idea for hunters

we really need a registretion system similar to the OC, but only more restrictions, adn they should only be able to purcase caps after the higher BHG counsel lets them.

BHG counsel? The closest thing there is to that is the Guild Core, however they don't enforce it.

What the hell? ive never seen a player BHG in a fighter or bomber
every BHG has a Cap! from orca's to gunboats, they alll have caps!!

Have you heard of the S/D agency? Or the Guild Core? Neither of them use Cap-ships (well, the Core does have some, but only a handful).

earlier today, a few outcasts and librety navy and police, as well as some roaming freelancers
had a big fight outside newark, it was fun and went on for about half an hour, there were no caps involved.
now, imagine that a BHG swooped by, stopped in the cloud of missle and sweat, and just parked there, pointed and clicked, dident let go untill his target was dead, no skill, and he ended the fun for all of us. i happily died and enjoyed myself during the fight, it was about the figh, not the outcome. people need to learn this, i always like a fight, but hate it when someone squeals becasue they are losing and calls a cloud of steel my way.

Isn't this the reason they made it so Hunters can only engage pirates with a bounty on the forums? Although personally I think that if a lawful offers something like a 500k bounty on each pirate the hunter kills, the hunter should be able to engage.

I agree that BHG caps should be out in the Omicrons and Omegas battling the Order and alike to gain technology and such, only going into House systems to claim bounties on other cap ships. I also agree attacking fighters in a capship just ruins everyone's fun. However, this being said, don't be stupid enough to think you can get away with attacking a battleship in your Corsair fighter, with a Corsair Dreadnaught as backup and live to tell the tale. Oh, and when you and the Dreadnaught have been destroyed, please don't winge at how a battleship attacked your fighter: If you were stupid enough to engage, you will be destroyed.
