Anything that implies you becoming an 'All Sirius police Force' is actually bad ... Diplomacies with all the
houses is a touchy subject. Just genuinely creating a trading faction would be entirely better, than using
this idea to 'keep traders safe' ... To be honest sub-level 30's should be protected by the server rules I
hope.

no mate this ''faction'' would not be an all sirius police, because as you said that is really bad.. our ZOI would be in the liberty core systems mainly in NY where would help civlians with what advice we can offer them aswell as protection from anyone that may attack them. the ones to protect would be any civilian in a fighter upto level 39 and any newbie trader upto level 60. There would of course be limitation to what protection we could provide for e.g. we would not provide sirius wide Escorts as that would constitue what you defined above. Which is not what we would intend to be, thus CAF activity would retain within liberty systems where Civilians are prevalent and would need the most help / advice; whatever form that maybe.

And as a Civilian group everything we use or do would be civilian based.
In no way would we become a police faction defending borders or undertaking bounties that would not be our business, everything civilian would be.
Even inquisitive Newbies that have been on disco 5mins would be allowed to join up so we could assist anyway possible but of course they dont have to join to get our help. Arms are open to all
