Nemezis has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 15/01/2009 for:

6.20 Attacking traders or demanding cargo is not allowed for cruisers and battleships, unless cruisers and battleship belong to Terrorist ID or Phantom ID owner.

Consequences: Fined all credits and guns.

Notes: Thou shalt not demand cargo in a cruiser. Not now not ever. End of discussion
