It would be kinda cool if most of the outter systems were just left with no human structures. Call them un-eploared region or something and have lagre expansese of nothingness and if players spend enough time searching these dead zones they can find rare stuff or something like that.

(A large train with 5 100mil cr cards.) lol jk but still. Unexplored Region
