My dinky little fighter nearly survived a 3v1, nearly taking down 1 in the process. Had to go back to the armoury and pick up a replacement .
Dinky little fighters can take a cruiser no sweat.

Today was nearly a glorious day, though a freak electrical field spoiled all that. In Cambridge, I decided to attack a few traders, one of which was Raven. I engaged him and brought down his sheild, only to find that my cannon targeting systems were malfunctioning; I hit his hull only a few times. This disgruntled me, and what furthur did so was the fact that i had forgotten to equip my Cruise Distruptor. I persued the Camara through the corona of the sun, keeping the A/C on full. Eventually, he got away due to the intensity of the suns heat.
Shortly after, a battleship, named the Magnificent, launched from the contaminated planet and i engaged it, purly out of rage. I, however, had no idea he was using missiles, and a few seconds after engaging my sheilds were brought down. In panick, i fled the scene and returned after a repair at the local Cadiz shop. This time, i had a cool head and circled the Magnificent just out of range of his missile tracking capebilities. I had nearly brought his sheild down when we ran in to the freak electrical storm. Both our ships were disabled, but i managed to burst one of the two backup air canisters on the exterior of the ship, catapulting me out of the storm. I watched, in horror, as the magnificent reared its head out of the storm, all guns blazing. Whats more, its sheild had fully recharged despite the electrical storm. it must have equiped some secret equipment, therefore i fled the scene, too avoid what other special treats it had for its victims.
Upon return to Cadiz, i grabbed a hot cuppa' off the bartender (which i had called for), and sipped it, recalling the days events. Incidently, you may find a coffee spil on the dash if you ever inspect my craft.
