Ahmmmm, under the long term goals you have "Death to the Outcasts", and in diplomacy you have Outcasts green?! And "Everybody else" green as well?

Unless the green doesn't stand for friendly. Then I suggest changing the color, so it doesn't lead to confusions such as this.
