Hello sirs,
Today was a very successful day. I met a captain of a Bretonian Gunboat named ~Venom~, who I informed the BAF about. They educated him on the proper behavior of a Bretonian officer. Their methods were harsh, but I do hope that he learns how to properly callsign his ship.

After this, I received Passenger Licensing from a Judo_Kast, who was very cooperative. I then managed to convince a Quasimodo to return his passengers to Planet Cambridge because he was unlicensed. A good thing, too, he appeared to be heading to the southern Ice Field...

After this, a certain Lothar was not licensed to have Nomad technology and refused to be so. The Zoner had a Nomad Blaster and a Nomad Thruster.

Thankfully, he wasn't a very good pilot, and I managed to destroy his ship without much of a problem. Evidence of the destruction of Nomad Technology is enclosed:
