Overall, I see relatively few problems. Yes, some Admins can be unnecessarily harsh at times, both verbally and in sanctions, but it's gotta be a pretty grating job, so an occasional bad temper is understandable. Just try to avoid letting it color your decisions and try to remain cool and impartial in your posts.

Or say Outcasts decide, noone is use Infernos... allright noone can. (except naturaly faction tag and id'd indies) Basicly factions had the rigth to restrict weapon and ship sales to other factions. And they would govern their systems, demand tax to be paid by any trader entering for example Bretonia, or whatever they choose to make up. They should be able to do. Unless the community is highly against it.
Indies should be allowed their personal roleplay, within faction's limits,... So factions could only limit outsiders.
This is a good idea, and already possible, to an extent. Official factions aren't allowed to keep properly tagged/ID'd indies from entering their Guard systems to buy ships/equipment, but they are allow to kick out/destroy anyone else, even allies, who enter without permission. Giving them the authority to regulate which of their ships (capships or otherwise) and guns are made available to other friendly/allied factions is a small step, and might help to silence some of the whining.
