Treaty of Curacao Signing

Schedule for event:

2100 GMT - 2130 GMT (Galactic Measure Time):
Commence security preparations, deployment of initial military forces into Cortez.

2130 GMT:
Establish 10K security cordon around Planet Curacao, trade lanes and jump gates secured.

2145 GMT - 2200 GMT:
Arrival of diplomatic delegates from the Four Signing Parties. Commence journalist coverage. Spectators begin to gather.

2200 GMT:
VIPs decend to Planet's surface in shuttles. Official welcome by Orbital Spa and Cruise to all guests. A short lunch is held in the Curacao Resort's top dining room.

2210 GMT:
Commence official Signing Ceremony. The Treaty is signed in a specially built conference room atop Orbital Spa and Cruise's Headqaters Tower on Curacao.

2215 GMT:
Speeches by representatives of the nations, to mark the historic occasion.

2225 GMT:
End of official ceremony marked by 21 gun salute by the 2 Battleships. VIPs return to their ships from Planet's surface. Open to interviews with journalists from the Sirius Insider.

2240 GMT:
Delegates begin to depart. Security forces remain in place.

2300 GMT:
Dismantling of the security cordon. First joint NATO patrols under the new Treaty can begin.
