Hmm... Perhaps the Corrupt forces could be given zero empathy to everyone, and just about hate indiscriminantly. The Corrupt ID would be sold there, as well as in a couple of other places and take the place of the Terrorist ID.

Example:
Welcome to the ranks of the Corrupt. These people are the terrorists and psychotic homicidal loonies of the world. These people kill at a whim, and can be seen with various types of unsavory folk. Some have even had claims of seeing Corrupt flying and conversing with Nomads.

While I would trust all current phantoms not to abuse the admin stuff, I do see the point of not docking at the Lost Battlestar (Although if I remember correctly, that has it's own faction now). We arn't going to be recruiting any time soon either, but again that is up to the Admins.

I'm still waiting for a responce from Igiss about his thoughts on this. So, untill he get's down here this is all hypothetical.
