Subject: The Rights to Captured Offenders
I would like the remarks of Black Dragon officers withdrawn from Alex Sasaki's action report on the events that took place on January 21st. Upon review, the whole situation seems to be a question of the three obediences of women. Now, the captured offenders on board the AFA craft in question are neither daughter, wife, or mother, but why does that fact then protect the offender? I would like to state that even though Taishi-San's actions may be counter to your personal beliefs, he is well within his rights to treat his prisoner in any way he wishes. Any statement otherwise would be one questioning the culture in which we all fight to uphold.
On a final note, at no point in time did any officer of the Black Dragon Society state that a trail would be a suitable way to deal with any enemy of the Emperor, let alone a Golden Chrysanthemum witch.
