chr0me, ATF-Diamondback have been sanctioned for:

3.1 Using coarse language, posting abusive, hateful, racist content in chat, public or private, is prohibited under any circumstances.

Sanction: no less than 7-day ban.

3.2 Flaming, threats and insulting (in any form) other members, factions, server administrators in chat, public or private, is prohibited on server and on forums. RP-related threats are allowed on the server.

Sanction: no less than 14-day ban.

Consequences: chr0me: 14 days

ATF-Diamondback: 30 days

Notes: chr0me your exclamation of surprise was no surprise to the Phantoms (who are not pirates) but it did hurt the sensitive ears of the Admin sitting right next to them.

ATF-Diamondback the fellow you accused of speed-modding does not show up in the logs, and during tests last night was not found to be going over 350 at any point. Calling him a haxing **** gets you banned. The forums recognize it as a swear word and so does the English language. It's a direct flame at a player rather than a character so it gets 30 days.
