This represents a tremendous effort on the part of many "Bretonians"

Not particularily including myself. I've only had time to peek in now and again to make sure I have no concerns, and I gave a bit of feedback.

I have to ask though, is this an official faction request for the metafaction, or something else? ie, will this end up on the Factions Status thread eventually? Or did you plan it to live elsewhere? (Last time I asked, that detail hadn't been worked out yet)
