Staff roles:

I worked out one this week that I found interesting :
Slaves from Planet Houston (Texas) to Casablanca Base (Omega 47)
Diamonds from Casablanca to Planet Kyushu (Kyushu)
Cardamine from Ainu Depot (Hokkaido) to Planet Houston
Since that requires unlawful access and carries contraband on two of the three legs it may be challenging if you are already having problems.

One of my favorites for a while was :
Gate Lane Parts from Pueblo Station (Colorado) to Tau 31 Gate Site (Tau 23)
Niobium from Java Station (Tau 23) to Leipzig Station (Dresden)
Copper from Leipzig to Bonn Station (New Berlin)
Military Vehicles from Bonn Station to Battleship Rio Grande (Colorado)
and then back to Pueblo Station
The Military Vehicles could pose a problem if the Liberty lawdogs catch you running the blockade. I'll give you a tip for the niobium leg : use the trade lane to reach Frankfurt instead of the Sigma 13 to New Berlin jump hole. I have only been pirated once while doing that.

I did this one for a long time :
Counterfeit Software from Manhattan to Arranmore Base
Synth Marijuana from Arranmore to Gran Canaria
Gold from Gran Canaria to Tripoli
[Yes, this extra step is actually more profitable than Gold from Arranmore to Tripoli]
Artifacts from Crete to Manhattan
You could also take the Synth to Gateshead Station in Newcastle, and then take Prisoners to Baden Baden, which is a variant of the next route.

Another one I did for a long time was :
Prisoners from Luxury Liner Shetland (Edinburgh) to Planet Baden Baden (Stuttgart)
Luxury Food from Planet Stuttgart to Luxury Liner Hawaii (Sigma 19)
Artifacts from Luxury Liner Hawaii to Planet Manhattan
Luxury Consumer Goods from Manhattan to Luxury Liner Shetland
The profit on the Luxury Consumer Goods is not very high, but the other 3 legs of the route are top tier.

Unfortunately, there are not many multiple-stop, repeating routes that don't involve either contraband or unlawful stations while possessing high profits. Fortunately, that will soon change. Especially in the Omegas, the key is knowing which are the fastest jump holes to use.

There are several two-stop routes, but since I despise them I won't reveal any except for this one, which is moderately profitable : Optronics from Planet Honshu to Planet Cambridge, VIPS from Planet Cambridge to Planet Honshu. Just make sure you don't get blown up carrying VIPS, because that will cost you a lot of credits.

These are all changing soon anyway, so enjoy them while they last, or rather, endure them until there is something much better.
