My previous help request was met, anyone know where I can find Spa & Cruise bribes? Specifically double bribes! Thanks!

I'm trying to get everything set up for my Museum of Sirius character, and I can't locate either the luxury liner, OR the royal liner in the systems they are listed as being in in the readme. Am I overlooking a base? It's kinda odd. I've checked Honshu & New London per the disco readme, can anyone help me find the exact location of these?

Also, if anyone has a screeny of the Royal Liner, it'd be greatly appreciated.
