Research expeditions to alien systems

The request for continuous reseach expeditions into alien space has been approved. The LNS Pegasus, ex-prison liner, shall be re-structured to accomodate a lab, specimen containment area and extra security measures as specified by Dr. Kirrael. Highly experimental technology will be installed upon this ship, including the anti-infestation module, automated weapon systems within the ship and mining equipment. If there is a possibility that another house, terrorist or pirate is to gain the ship, then destruction of the tech and a purge of all servers and systems is required.

Your duties will involve the capture and further study of the aliens and how they interact with each other and communicate. You will also study as much as you can about their origins and the systems they occupy, try to gather as much tactical information as you can but do no engage in hostile actions with ANY pilot you come across.

Negotiation is required with The Order and possibly any of their allies, if not, expect heavy hostility within some of the alien sectors. When returning to Liberty, destroy any alien equipment or evade civilian populations. Call for an escort if required.
