I have to agree with redline. Mercs flying large caps and bountyhunters roaming around pew pewing everything in sight with there cap ships I can see as being disruptive and needing fixed. All for that.

Forcing all those independent powertraders using the advanced train to fly crappy ones or join a faction to trade only faction related goods is another case all together.

In the first case you are not punishing the players who already understand fairplay and are doing the right thing. The Cap ships and ZOI limitations. The second one you are trying to force RP upon everyone, and punnishing the ones who RP properly in the process. How i see it.

Some don't do as we like, RESTRICT THEM ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
