In Roleplay, the police and military crafts are not sold to any outsider.
Ingame mechanics make them available to anybody who can dock the station, but that does certainly not mean you can just go, buy and fly it.

I'd frown upon a ship a lot if I saw it as an OSC tagged and IDed Liberator, Avenger, Hussar, Templar, Chimaera, Phantom or Wrath. House ships are for the respective government representatives not for just any corporation out there. Do you see Microsoft officials cross the seas with US Navy vessels? No, they use yachts.

Also, OSC may have its origins in Liberty, but, unlike Ageira and the like, it is not a pure Liberty corporation - as such, I'd not even like to see you in Liberty House ships (except the Mammoth, for supplies).
