They are simply said unkind. If someone has to be tagged GC, the person doing so sighs loud and then goes to look for a mission to destruct a base. Or against Samura. But is avoiding kill KSP NPC like hell.

But there could have been done something about it, it would have been done. I mean, Kuraine knows about this, finds it horrible himself and is in Dev Team (as far as i know). So.....
