Changes to the BPA

First, and most importantly, the BPA is now under the control and guidance of BaconSoda. If I do return, I will not ask for my former position back. Despite my past work with the BPA, I think that it is time I let go, and chose a successor. With his past experience with the LWB, AFA, and TBH, BaconSoda was one of my top choices. His unyielding dedication to the faction has led me to firmly believe that he deserves no other than the position of Commissioner.

Many other individuals were considered, including every member of the BPA. I carefully thought about each person, but at the end, the only things that stopped me from going forward with the others were other commitments that they already possessed.
