On the matter of AW: nay

On the matter of HF: nay, unless thay want to, and then so do the SSO

On the matter of Helghast v SCRA only: yea, less confusion that way, and prob less chane of degrading.

On the matter of who even cares: yea, for i think that this is a good chance to get some more members for both the factions.

On a side note: If this war does happen, I would request that all "allies" and other agreements of friendship be suspend throught the course of the war, to prevent degridation into another brawl. (cough Korrd + AW)
