Admins do not need to work their minds off only because people want to mount the most destructive weaponry on their ships. It is the community that needs to change, not ask the admins to do so.

But asking the community to change at large, is asking the admins to swing the big stick more and put up with the tears that follow. It's the only way a lot of the less cooperative or comprehending players will listen.

Which means a lot of burnt out admins.
