I'm not so sure about that, to be honest. I remember seeing a rumor or an NPC in some base speaking of OCs and 'sairs sitting on the same table and getting wasted together. These people are at war for so long that I'd expect some to have overcome the irrationalities and propaganda of war. Still, even if you disregard the possibility that they wouldn't necessarily jump at each other's throat. Putting some perspective to the fight like having one accusing the other of murdering their dog's parents with an overdose of bad Cardamine wouldn't be so bad. Like, "Alright, we're at war, but I have a VERY good reason to kill you."
