"You will only be permitted to dock aboard Isis or to land on Toledo, we will not let anyone other than our own pilots into Omicron 100 or on any of it's stations. As for using our ships... the Nephthys fighter is fine, we have a surplus right now and not enough pilots to fly them, any other vessels must be approved on a case by case basis."

"As for any dealings with the Golden Chrysanthemums... they are addicted to the same drug that was created to make hosts easier for Nomads to control. As long as they use that substance, they cannot be trusted. We are already working towards an alliance with the Blood Dragons, however, so we'll see what happens in the future."

"I would like to ask that, if your pilots are looking for work and we cannot provide contracts, they assist the GMG by escorting their trade ships out to Order space. We do not have enough pilots to dedicate any patrols to escort duty alone, and GMG ships are quite vulnerable during the trip out to Toledo."
